We will inform you when this will be done so you can make arrangement to be present. We only request that you give us access to the inside of your apartments for 1-2 days. For contracts that are 12 months, pets will be allowed. In an effort to keep a clean and presentable subdivision. We request from you to abide by the following rules: Vehicles are not allowed on grass area. Please, remove any vehicles that do not belong to you or that are in the grass areas. Do not throw outside any food items on the yard or without being bagged into the trashcan.. Keep your common area clean after you cook out; that is, no cans should be left outside and everything should be picked up. No items should be stored outside. All areas should be cleaned and kept clean. No swimming pools are allowed to be left outside when not in use. They have to be put away. All trash cans need to be taken out on Thursday mornings and brought back in on Thursday afternoon. Trash cans are not allowed to stay out on curb area. All trash cans must be washed once a month with bleach. Do not throw any food loose in trash cans. All trash bags should be tied before they go in trash container. Please help keep all areas clean. Rent is due by the 1st of each month out of courtesy I extend it untill the 5th of the month. A late fee of $25 dollars is due if rents is not paid by the 5th of the month. Please pay with Santos at unit #: 409B. All money orders should be made out to MREG LLC. No cash will be allowed. Every tenant will be expected to receive a receipt or confirmation of payment. If you are not offered a receipt or handed to you, you may call Marisol Villalon at 956-342-7803, email info@elcercadoproperties.com, and you will receive a $25 discount on your rent for that month, and everytime we fail to hand you a receipt. If you deposit rent in checking account, a text needs to be sent to Marisol Villalon at 956-342-7803, or email to: info@elcercadoproperties.com so that it can be acknowledged who paid the rent.
